and how to get in touch about yours.

Effective 7 November 2026

Fig Solutions does not collect or retain your private financial records. Your records stay on your device, with optional cloud copies held in your own Apple or Google account. The sections below explain optional services and information you choose to send us.

01

Who we are

Eva ur Money Buddy is developed by Fig Solutions. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Eva app or contact us for app support. For privacy questions, contact aofree@proton.me.

02

Your financial records

Fig Solutions does not collect, receive, store or sell the private financial records you enter in Eva. Eva stores those records on your device. These may include accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, notes and other records you choose to add. On Apple devices, optional private iCloud sync uses your own Apple account. Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to that service. Features and storage options can differ between platforms and app versions.

03

Optional Android services

On Android version 8.8 (build 32) and later, Google sign-in, Google Drive backups and household sharing are optional. Core features work without Google sign-in. Drive backups go directly to an Eva folder in your own private Google Drive, under your Google account, rather than to Fig Solutions. You control those copies. If you enable household sharing, selected household information is shared with the members you choose; your personal financial records are not included in the household file. These services operate under Google’s privacy policy. Android automatic cloud backup is disabled for Eva.

04

Optional Gemini on Android

Gemini is off until enabled. Where available, Gemini Nano processes requests on the device through Android AICore. On other supported devices, Eva can pass a question you review, and an optional summary of totals, to the Gemini app under your Google account. The Android policy states that payees, notes, account numbers and references are excluded from that summary. Google’s ML Kit may send Google limited diagnostic information, including identifiers, device and app information, feature configuration, timing, input/output sizes and error codes; this does not include financial records, questions or photos.

05

When you contact support

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate issues and handle your request. Please share only what is necessary and remove personal or financial details from screenshots. Email delivery is handled by email service providers.

06

App stores and purchases

Apple and Google handle app downloads, store purchases and related account information under their own privacy policies. Fig Solutions does not need your payment-card details to answer a support request. Following a store link or scanning a QR code takes you to the relevant store.

07

Your choices and control

You can manage the records and exports you hold on your device. On Android 8.8 (build 32) and later, Settings > Your data > Clear all data removes local Eva records; uninstalling also removes local records. Delete Drive copies separately from your Eva folder in Google Drive, and revoke account access through your Google Account settings if desired. Backups, exported files and optional cloud copies are separate copies and may need to be managed or deleted separately. Before deleting an app or changing devices, make a backup if you want to keep your records. Contact us for help with privacy requests relating to information you have provided to the support team.

08

Retention and service providers

Fig Solutions does not retain your private financial records. Records on your device and copies in your own cloud account remain under your control. Information you voluntarily send by email is handled separately from app records and is used to respond to your enquiry. You can contact us to request deletion of that correspondence, subject to applicable obligations. Cloud and email providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies; the location and handling of that processing depend on the provider and service you choose.

09

Keeping information secure

Keep your device and Eva up to date, use available device security features and protect your backups and exports. The Android policy states that backups you save or share yourself are not encrypted by Eva. Store them privately. Avoid sending sensitive records through support email. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
